Below are some highlighted features and improvements from the release:

ECS: Enhanced Number of Partitions in Parameters

In previous versions, there was a limit to the number of possible partitions in Range and Term parameters. This limit has been enhanced to now support up to 1,000 partitions. This enhancement enables the boosting of field parameters with many items. For example, it could be used for boosting product brands.

DAM: Optimized Display of Folders

Customers managing a large number of folders, filled with images, videos, and other assets, will experience a significant performance improvement in the folder tree display within the UI. The algorithm for querying and displaying folders has been optimized for greater efficiency.

DAM: Enhanced Picker Functionality

The process of selecting images in DAM when accessed from other products, such as PIM, has been significantly improved. Each image now features a dedicated 'Choose' button, streamlining the selection process. Right-clicking to choose an image is now only necessary if a cropped version of the image is required.

Developer Updates

PIM: Simplified Updating of Product Names

The PATCH endpoint of /api/products has been updated to facilitate easier renaming of products. This enhancement allows for the simultaneous updating of product names across a list of products, streamlining the process significantly.
