Findability is only calculated with data collected using Search Tracking.
Findability
The findability metric expresses how effectively a given phrase yields the search results users are looking for. Findability is expressed as a percentage, ranging from 0% to 100%. The more often users act on results after searching a specific phrase, the higher the findability score is for that phrase.
Satisfaction
The satisfaction metric combines the findability score with the number of searches for a phrase. A phrase with fewer searches and low findability has a higher satisfaction score than a phrase with many searches and low findability. This helps identify the most urgent phrases to investigate.
