Keep the original publish status during imports and bulk operations

A new option in Preferences controls whether imports and bulk operations publish the products they change.

• On the Preferences page in Settings, the new option "Keep the original product publish status during imports and bulk operations" decides whether an unpublished product stays unpublished when it is changed by an import or a bulk operation. It applies to the CSV product import and to the bulk operations that update attribute values, enrich products, place products in categories, and update or remove attribute segments. Note that a CSV product import that runs the category enrichers ("Run enrichers on category placement") still publishes the products it enriches, regardless of the setting.
• The option replaces the "Keep original publish status of the products" checkbox on the CSV product import page, which is removed. Enable the new option in Preferences to keep the behaviour that the checkbox gave.
• In the API, a request to /api/products/import/csv that omits keepPublishStatus now follows the option in Preferences, and an explicit true or false overrides it. The option is available as keepPublishStatus in the preview settings API, and the preview bulk operation requests accept the same optional keepPublishStatus field.
