Improved layout for the Product Filters section
- New 'Saved Filters' dialog that lists all the personal and shared filters in a single dialog
- New 'Add Filter' menu that lets users maintain their own 'Pinned Filters' list and is shown on top of the menu
- Refreshed layout for easier navigation around Product Filters
Auto-reloading when a new version is detected
The application will now automatically reload on the next navigation once a new version is detected. Exempt from this behavior is when users are in any of the Product Bulk Operations pages.
