Creating a content language

The various properties of folders, files, tags and attributes can be presented in a user-defined selection of languages. However, before translations can be defined for a language, the language must first be created.

In order to create a content language follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Settings"-tab.
   
2. Click on "Content Languages" in the left menu.
3. Click on the "Create Content Language"-button.
   
4. Select the desired language from the dropdown menu.
   
5. Click "Save".

Following these steps creates a new content language in DAM, allowing translatable properties to be translated to the selected language.
