Integration points
This section briefly discusses how external systems can integrate with DAM.
The external system can integrate with DAM in two ways:
- Via the API
- Via the chooser
The API is capable of everything that is possible through the UI such as retrieving files, folder, tags/attributes as well as a lot of other things.
The file chooser is used when an image should be selected by the user and is done through a graphical user interface. The diagram below shows the relation of the parts.
