Findability

The “Findability” widget helps you measure how effective search terms are at leading users to relevant results. A high score means users frequently engage with the search results, often completing transactions or taking desired actions after using those terms. This can help identify strong or weak search terms and improve overall user experience. The widget displays a gauge that ranges from "Needs focus" to "Excellent," based on the findability score of search terms. Click on the “View list” button to access the complete list of search terms along with their findability and satisfaction scores. This will allow you to track improvements and identify areas that need attention.

By clicking the "Improve" button next to a term in the list, you can view detailed diagnostics for that specific search phrase. This helps you understand why certain terms have low findability or satisfaction scores. For example, diagnostics can reveal issues with search relevance or missing keywords, helping you take targeted action to improve the search results for that term.

Tracked Phrases and Tracking Table

Tracking phrases helps ensure that your improvements lead to better search experiences over time. The Track checkbox in the list allows you to monitor specific search terms. Once a term is tracked, its performance is displayed in the Tracked Phrases section, where you can see detailed statistics on its findability and satisfaction scores.

The tracking table provides a clear view of how phrases are performing over time. For example, you can observe whether adjustments you made to a tracked phrase have improved its findability or if further refinement is needed.
