Allowed filters
What are “Filters”?
Consider product filters as a tool for your visitors to precisely communicate what they want from the website. They can select preferences such as brand, color, size, type, and price. When a customer applies these filters, only items that align with their chosen criteria are displayed. This streamlines their experience, eliminating the need to sift through items that don't match their interests.
Allowed filters
Allowed filters are used to specify which filters can be used by the following entities: Filters in search requests, Scope domain filters or Experience facets.
NB: It is not shown in your webshop unless you add it as a business rule facet or filter. Learn more
Built-in identifier fields
In addition to custom fields from your ingested data, built-in identifier fields such as ProductNumber, ProductId, SkuNo, SkuEAN, and SkuId can be added as allowed filters. These fields are intended for service-level filtering (e.g., looking up products by business number) and should not be exposed as customer-facing facets. See Allowed filters concept for details.
